SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Taking out old unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ HT poles of cross sectional area 95 sqmm including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed NOTE : Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use as directed by the engineer-in charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct/ under road crossing/ in panels/ on poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15cm thick after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Dismantling & taking out old steel tubular HT pole of 11 mtr height including demolition of foundation, coping and all acessories and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect in true vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles 11 m long with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including internal surface painted with black bituminous paint & external surface painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer from top of pole to 1.5 mtr above from top of PCC coping & from top of PCC coping to 1.5 mtr height portion of pole to be painted with black & white colour paint as in alternate strips complete all as specified and directed . (Note: Earth work and PCC foundation etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary formwork, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, out door end termination heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of HT overhead line conductor comprising of any size ACSR conductor on poles after opening from insulators, including restringing and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag including cutting, trimming of over grown tree branches along HT line up to 2.00m min clearance on either side and removing of creepers from poles/conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch, triple pole, suitable for vertical mounting complete with explusion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps, each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS / ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, bracing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather including dismantling the existing unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of gang operated switch 11 KV vertical/ Horizontal mounted and replacing defective parts including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, complete all as directed at site. (Note : Supply only Spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only Male Contact/ moving contact blade heavy duty high conductive metal cap 200/400 amp 11 KV

Supply only Female contact/ Fix contact jaw heavy duty high conductive metal cap 200/400 amp 11KV.

Supply only Tinned copper flexible jumper 200/400 Amps.

Material and labour for replacement of GI pipe medium grade, 25 mm bore suitable for operating rod of air break switch with smooth operation all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers/ connectors of HT over head line / DO fuse unit in sub stations of any size or length after removing binding wire / connector and replacing with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length approx 1.5 m including new binding wire / connectors suitable for AB switch/ DO fuse unit, including providing mineral jelly all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement lightning arrester 11 KV grade, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 65 KA.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Disc type insulator , porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, disc type insulator, poecelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type , working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement pin type porcelain insulator of size 150mm height, 150 mm dia, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from existing position on HT electric poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stretching, fixing, testing and commissioning on existing/new HT electric poles, ACSR conductor of any type/ size suitable for HT overhead line such as Ferret/Dog including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only ACSR conductor of any size including stretching, binding with insulator with suitable binding wire and complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Serviceable ACSR conductor obtained from dismantling shall be reused)

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable MS cross arms bracings and supports, clamps, nut, bolts on existing HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) including nuts,bolts, washers,welding,bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps etc. of any size with suitable new nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Serviceable MS cross arms, bracings obtained from dismantling shall be reused)

Dismantling and taking out damaged/rusted GI earth wire/ cradle guard complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel wire 4mm dia for earth conductor on HT poles including binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cardles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete including demolition of concrete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly with 20mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including loop type insulator, stay clamp, wire 7/4mm , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation , earth work and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised iron stay strand, 7/3.15mm all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, of size 25 cmx 20cm for HT 11KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing 11 m HT steel pole with cross arms and clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including pole numbering and marking alternate black and yellow strip of width 30 cm with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 m from GL, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for painting to HT concrete pole with two coats of white cement base paint after preparation of surfaces and cross arms with clamps shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including pole numbering and marking alternate black and yellow strip of width 30 cm with different tint cement base paint upto 1.5 m from GL, complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for painting to HT concrete two pole structure with two coats of white cement base paint after preparation of surfaces and cross arms with clamps shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including pole numbering and marking alternate black and yellow strip of width 30 cm with different tint cement base paint upto 1.5 m from GL, complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40 KV for 1 minute with 2.5 mm gap as per IS-335-1983 for EHV grade including topping up with new transformer oil all as directed. Note:(i) Centrifugling machine with all T & P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arranged by the Contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replacement or topping up of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1983 Part II after dehydration and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting electric connections of transformer of capacity 63 to 250 KVA of any make and type shifting the same for repair to workshop including loading unloading by crane/recovery van to suitable truck, opening the transformer step down 11/0.433 KV at workshop, draining out transformer oil and keeping aside for re-use, disconnecting all HT/LT wiring tap changer, complete LT/HT bushing, air breather etc and keeping aside for re-use of serviceable parts taking out complete core assembly of transformer and carry out the following works:- (a) Descaling of transformer tank by taking out the complete deposited transformer oil scaling and cleaning throughly the transformer tank by washing & wiping out all dirt/rust accummulated. (b) Cleaning the transformer core assembly using electric blower and making the core free from sludge, dirt and any other foreign materials from its surfaces, raising insulation of the core through heat chamber and raising of IR value /LV-E>500 Mega ohms HV-E>1000 Mega ohms. (c) Assembling the transformer complete including supply and replacement of defective accessories such as oil seal, gasket, LT/HT bushing, stud, air breather, tap changer, including making necessary LT/HT wiring after successfully repairing the transformer and taking back and installing the transformer to its original location and making LT/HT side cable connections, earth connections and testing complete. (d) Painting to external surfaces of transformer with two coats of 1st grade synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces. Note:- (i) New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Rate of oil seal and gasket shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Powering of dehydration/filtered transformer oil (dehydration) and top up balance quantity with new transformer oil as required and will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for replacement of worn out copper strip/wire/rod as per existing gauge and size.

Supply only HV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut bolt and washer, suitable for 100 KVA to 250 KVA capacity of transformer, 11000 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LV bushing of transformer with brass metal connecting rod, nut bolt and washer, suitable for 100 KVA to 150 KVA capacity of transformer, 1100 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of silica gel crystal for any type and capacity of transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Silica gel breather assembly complete with silica gel crystal complete for the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 1000 KVA all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm bore GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc precast RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earthwork, disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and testing after completion all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

Supply and fix or laid in trenches GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings, suitable clamps including sealing of ends with preformed bituminous wooden wedge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix or laid in trenches GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings, suitable clamps including sealing of ends with preformed bituminous wooden wedge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to MS fencing posts, flats and welded mesh inside and out side of power house/ outdoor sub station after cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to transformer outer body of capacity 100 to 150 KVA after cleaning and preparation of old painted surfaces by spray painting as per existing colour all as directed.

Cleaning of area including uprooting of weeds/ grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles and brooming the complete area of sub station (area not exceeding 100 sqm) , around panels, transformer and four pole structure all as directed.

Cutting tree branches and trimming upto 6" girth touching the over head lines, cleaning the spaces at least 2 m both side of OH line, removing the cut branches to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed complete.

Material and labour for loose filling with broken stone aggregate of size 80 to 100 mm in outdoor sub station all as directed by Engr-in charge.
