Maintenance and operation of Sewage pump installation at Nearby Palambagh area in general shifts prescribed as follows :- Detail of pump house equipments :- (a) Sewage pump set of capacity 7.5/20 HP - 02 Nos Detail of manpower and shift :- (a) First shift : - From 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.; FGM (Fitter General Mechanic, Skilled) -01 No (shift of 8 hrs) Task :- (a) Maintaining of whole installation and surrounding area's cleaningness. (b) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (c) Contactor shall maintain daily log sheet of sewage pump- 02 Nos at DAD nearby Palambagh. Note :- (a) Refer note No 23 and other notes of schdule 'A' here-in-before for the purpose of rate to be quoted by the contractor. (b) The rate shall be net with all the considerations as per schdule 'A' Note No 23 here-in-before and inclusive of contractor's profit, GST and LWC.

Notes for Srl No. 1.01 to 1.06 :- a)The quoted rate against EPF, ESIC and Bonus shall be considered for payment on actual basis. Contribution towards EPF, ESIC and Bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e proof of payment. b) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST. c) At the time of Financial evaluation if Quoted rate against srl no. 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05 and 1.06 which corresponds to/works out to lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rates of wages/subscription/contribution towards EPF, ESIC, Bonus and LWC shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on bid submission end date. d) Quotation with 'NIL' or 'ZERO' consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered non bonafied.

M&L for repair/maintenance/servicing to suction sweeper 2 HP capacity including carrying the same to the workshop, opening the pump and replacing the bearing , ring, gland packing, impeller complete and making the sweeper functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid seperatly )

M&L for rewinding of 2.0 HP motor with super enameled winding copper wire of existing size/gauge after cutting of burried winding including all insulation material such as insulation varnish, PVC copper cable lead glass fiber sleeves cotton tape insulation paper and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temperature complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement flexible PVC heavy duty suction pipe of size 40mm as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement float ball PVC 8" (200mm dia) as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maintenance/servicing to 3 phase electric driven air compressor with motor of capacity 5 HP Make: EVEREST BLOWER for filteration plant after diconnecting the electriclal connection, dismantling the compressor and motor from foundation, taking to the civil workshop and carry out the repair by replacing compressor bearing gland packing , nut bolt and washer including necessary greasing, oiling , machining work for its smooth bringing back/fixing at its original position and testing complete including painting the complete set with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid seperately )
