Dismantling the existing line 1000 mm dia and air valves 100mm dia & 150mm dia with the help of all labour like fitter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician and material like cutter set, etc along with T&P and transportation of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Safety arrangement Air Face Mask, Air Line Breathing Apparatus, Helmet, Gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Hand Gloves, Gas Detector, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrie Cone, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Providing Mild Steel specials fabricated/ manufactured 1000 mm nominal dia. (clear internal dia.) pipe with 10 mm thickness (min) out of MS plate of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS 3589 (2001) and complete in all respect as per relevant IS codes with upto date amendments and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Mild Steel specials fabricated/ manufactured collared 1010 mm nominal dia. (clear internal dia.) pipe with 10 mm thickness (min) out of MS plate of steel grade Fe 410 as per IS 3589 (2001) and complete in all respect as per relevant IS codes with upto date amendments and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Hire charge of Crane 20 MT capacity, including diesel, mobile oil & lubricants as per site requirement.

Hiring of JCB with fuel, operator & helper for excavation of earth & other related works as required at site, refilling the pit after completion of work.

Hiring of D.G. set of 62 KVA capacity as per site requirement with diesel & transportation complete at site of work.

Dewatering of line rising main by submersible pump sets of suitable capacity at site of work.

Providing and erecting 2.00 meter high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during work at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion.

Transportation charges at site of work.

Lighting arrangement at site of work for safe working men and materials as per site requirement.

Fixing of the line of 1000 mm dia. and air valves (100mm dia & 150mm dia) by replace the 1000 mm dia. MS Pipe with the help of all labour like fitter, cutter, welder, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor and electrician and material used like welding machine, cutter set, welding rod etc along with T&P of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Making of Thrust block of size 2 m X 1.5 m X 1.5 m at site with Supoting Brick, Concrete work & Plaster work wall the help of labour, mason, material like and RMC i/c filling of site.

Civil works including Demolishing Work, R.C.C Work, Steel Reinforcement & Shuttering Work.

Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge
