Supplying and drawing following size of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required.PVC insulated HRFR LS Copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm. (a) 2x1.5 Sq. mm.

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form:-(a) 450 mm deep (nominal)

Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:-(a) Single pole. Cat-A.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, Isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 40 Amps. Cat-B.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole (three phase & neutral) 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 300 miliampers in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 40 Amps. Cat-A.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required:-(i) double door-4 way

Supplying and fixing of following way triple pole and neutral, sheet steel MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface / recess, with provision for 4-pole MCB/Isolator/RCCB/RCBO as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required:-(a) Single door-6 way (8+18), horizontal type

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long and 40mm dia, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG (4 mm dia.) G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:- (i) Armoured cable 6 sq. mm (twin core)

(ii) Armoured cable 10 sq. mm (twin core)

(iii) Armoured cable 16 sq. mm (twin core)

(iv) Armoured cable 25 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Supplying and erection of 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole of suitable length and dia. to be fixed up to a required planting depth below G/L in a hole of excavation about 30 cm dia. and of suitable depth, to be filled in up to 15 cm below G/L with 1:3:6 cement concrete and there above plinth with 1:2:4 cement concrete up to a height of 45 cm from G/L. The radial thickness of the plinth above G/L should not be less than 6.35 cm and sufficient to completely flush a 180 mmx100 mmx 45 mm deep, glass filled Nylan F.R. grade box for housing a 16 Amp. MCB, the outer surface of the plinth to be finished with 1:3 cement plaster 6 mm thick, the fuse-box shall have a water tight cover, including painting of pole with two coats of approved color, brand and manufacture of paint over a priming coat complete in all respects as required:- (a) (c). Providing & installation of HIGH MAST 12.5M High Desing & installation at site of work including cariage and erection testing, commissioning, incidental actions LED light & other accessories as detaild below for street lighting in Industrial area having 12.5 Meter Lowering & Raising 12 sided Polygonal Structure High Mast lighting system having Top diameter minimum 150 mm & Bottom minimum 360 mm considering Wind velocity 180Km/Hour as per IS 875 part 3, 1987. Mast shaft shall be in Two sections, minimum sheet thickness of Bottom Section 3mm & Top Section 3mm single hot dip galvanized internally & Externally as per IS 2629 and ISO 1461. It shall also include accessories for high mast, steel wire rope 6mm, SS 316 Grade / 7/19 construction & self lubricating internal power tool double drum winch duly pre greased , Electric Motor, lantern carriage, Galvanized rigid head frame & trailing Cable shall be 5c 4 sqmm copper Round PVC nsulated & PVC sheathed G.I single Spike Lightening Arrestor etc. The shaft material construction shall be as per IS 2062, BS EN 10025 Yield Point 355N/m. The Mast shall be of minimum two wire ropes suspension system without any intermediate joints. Suitable to use with 8/12 numbers LED Floodlight. The job includes the cost of Foundation Nuts & Bolts 360X150 3/3 Plate Thickness minimum 445 PCD Foundation Bolts M24/750X4 and double earthing of high mast with G.I stripe. The job also includes the cost of Control panel of High Mast including motor control circuit as required. The drawing and design of high mast shall has to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge and the testing of high mast shall be done by the Engineer-in-charge before its installation. The firm will have to supply all the test certificates of the high mast to the department and no extra payment shall be made by the department for testing and certificates.

Design & casting of foundation with M20 cement Concrete & steel reinforcement suitable for installation of 12.5 Mtr high mast. The complete foundation design & calculations duly certified by the structural engineer shall be submitted by the firm before laying the foundations for approval of the Deptt. The foundation structure design should be of the manufacturer of high mast keeping in view the wind pressure and soil capacity of the area where the high mast is to be installed. The actual load bearing capacity shall be tested by the firm at its own cost. However the rate & design for the foundation for load bearing capacity should be 10 TON per sqm.

Supply, carriage & erection of Single Dome LED Avaition Obstruction Light Single dome integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure to be installed on existing High Mast Pole of height 12.5 / 16 Mtr. approx. including cost of suitable mounting arrangement and making necessary connections, testing and commissioning etc. to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The LED aviation light should be of IP-65 and should be as per its relevant IS specifications.

Supply, carriage and erection of 180W Turbo LED Floodlight of Bajaj /Crompton/Philips Luminaire made up of die cast aluminium housing with cover IP66 having efficacy better than 110 lumens per watt. The Fixture supplied with Electronic high efficiecy driver having Power factor >0.9, THD <10% , Surge Protection min 6KV. The Company logo must be embossed on the body of fixtures. The Luminaire shall comply all relevant national and international standards with Type tested from NABL accredited Lab to ascertain minimum technical specifications containing in LM 79 & LM 80 reports. The firm shall has to submit the LM 79 and LM 80 report. The sample of fitting shall be got tested from some NABL I UL accredited lab and the expenditure for that shall be borne by the firm.

Providing & fixing LED street light fitting ln warm white colour with pressure die- cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. As per CAT no. BRTFG 90W LED/W/W(Warm White ) complete in all respect.The fitting is to be fixed on existing bracket mounted on 8.5m high pole including wiring extra as required as approved and directed by engineer in charge of Bajaj/ Philips/ Havells make.

Providing & laying DWC pipe of 50/63 mm dia along with cable in ground as approved & directed by engineer in charge.
