Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / Neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including dash angle, Aluminium angle and beading for glazing / panelling. C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glazing, Panelling and Dash Fasteners to be paid for Separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) (12 gauge).

For shutters of Doors, Windows & Ventilators including Providing and Fixing Hinges / Pivot and Making Provision for Fixing of Fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / Neoprene Gasket Required (Fitting shall be paid for separately). Powder Coated Aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing of 6mm High Pressure Laminate Jali of (Exterior Grade Compact) of any shade, Excellent Light Fastness Property with 3-Layers of U.V Protection, Fire Retardant, Anti Graffite, Environment Friendly green DNA no U.V/U.VA Contact and also Chemical Resistant and colour fixing with M.S Aluminium Tube structure of any Size as required HPL Jali in this coloured Aluminium Rivet and Shade selected by the Engineer-In-charge at the time of fixing. (Make: Greenlam, Marino, Foundermax etc.)

Providing and fixing glazing in Aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / Neoprene Gasket etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the Directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of aluminium apron beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of mm thickness Toughened Glass (weight not less than 20.0 kg/sqm).

Steel work welded in built up type framing / tramed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar work.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) Trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing factory-manufactured 50mm thick (LENGTH OF 45 FT) PUF insulated Sandwich panels comprising of two outer layers of pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) sheet with rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation core, conforming to relevant IS standards, fixed over roof/wall frame work with all necessary accessories complete in all respects. Specification: sheet outer 0.50mm thick pre-painted GI sheet, zinc coating minimum 120 GSM colour coated (as approved) inner sheet 0.40mm thick pre-painted GI sheet, zinc coating minimum 120 GSM, core material Rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUR), density 40 ± 2 kg/m3, CFC-free with thermal conductivity max 0.023 W/mK. Fixing panels shall be fixed on steel structure using self drilling/self tapping screw with EPDM washers, proper side laps and end laps to ensure water tightness, joints sealed with butyl tape / aluminium sealant, including ridge caps, flashing, trims, gutter interface, panels cut to required size at site without damaging coating, complete alignment, levelling and fixing complete.
