Brick work with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 75 upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. using 12mm ply including all carriages.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages .

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 Cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs, lintels balconies, landings and staircase excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including M.S soffits /eaves boarding of 2 mm thick plate and angle frame & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all carriages leads lifts etc.

Providing and fixing of 20mm dia 450mm long bolt full thread with nuts and washers for anchoring the structure incl welding the bolts at bottom with 20 mm flat iron strip of at least 200mm long complete job including all carriages.

Providing colour coated (HI rib)G. S. sheet roofing fixed with GI self screws with pvc caps of matching colour design and pattern as per directions of Engineer-in -charge bolts and nuts excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses with0.50mm thick including plainn ridges,valleys etc carriages all complete.
