Excavation in trenches n' exc 1.5 m wide and n' exc 1.5 m in depth and n' exc 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in excavated material (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified..

Removing excavated material to a distance n' exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for clean dry tibba sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified. (Punned thickness shall be measured & paid)

Supply and laying in repair stone patti 40-50 mm thick, 25-30 cm wide abutting each other for cable protection complete all as specified.

Laying only stone patti received serviceable during excavation for cable complete all as specified.

Labour for removing and taking out existing underground LT Cable 150 Sqmm 3.5 core from trenches or pole or underground in pipe duct either by cutting PCC surface and relaying, Jointing and testing the same cable and making good the disturbed surfaces upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Earth work will be measured in respective items separately.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 20 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete.

Note 1. Following items deemed to be included in quoted rates (a) Earth electrode (b) Main earth lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 mtr. M& L for Painting of LT panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, writing letters on LT panel (by using appropriate colour, size /font stencil) for all incoming and outgoing feeder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour painting of all steel structures i.e channels angles complete 33 KV yard electrical system ,gantries channels , 2 pole structure bracket, 4 pole structures frame , steel plates angle of any size and length located inside 33 KV yard with and including with one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminum paint and also painting external surface of all power transformer, all outdoor VCB (33 and 11 KV), all outer OLTC and also writing of SM/MES No.after cleaning /preparation of surfaces including marking of pole No etc complete.

Material & Labour painting of steel tubular LT poles including cross arms, clamps etc in situ with one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminum paint after cleaning /preparation of surfaces including making yellow and black strips 30 cm wide 5 Nos with two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete.

Material & Labour painting of making yellow and black strips 30 cm wide 5 Nos with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on PCC LT poles including painting of cross arms, clamps etc in situ with one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminum paint after cleaning /preparation of surfaces.

M & L for rewinding of 3 phase electric non clog submersible motor of capacity 10 HP capacity with super enameled copper conductor of same guage weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of exisitng complete including replacement of worn out/unserviceable bearings and water seal etc, re-conditioning of shaft by metal filling, grinding, finishing all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate of transportation of pump motor from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. (ii) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling, refixing, commissioning and testing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contatcor. (iii) The rate for disinfecting/chemical wash of the pump before opening the motor for repairing at workshop is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.
