Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire,etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) top section fixed including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall applying of two coats of coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised iron wire using Hot Dip technology chain electrogalvanised coating chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mm x 75mm minimum dia meter of wire 3mm conforming to IS -2712-2003 having tensile strength 400 to 500 Mpa . The mesh wire and line wire fabric shall be manufactured from ISI marked (make TATA wireson) galvanised stell conforming to IS -280 :2006(4th revision) the Kuncled ends should be of atleast 50% of the sixe of the square mesh.The wires used in fencing should be long lasting and resistance to corrosion and testing criteria fullfill the requirement as per IS 1161:1998 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS Conceretina Coil over boundry wall circle of coil Max 600mm and spacing of bars not exc 75mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pin etc. as directed complete all as specified and directed (each line to be measured).

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made)with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw other .and each screw end to be fixed with washers and nut exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface of any description, n.exc 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing to low lying area and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including screed bed 20mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B1 ,for PCC (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate used as in sub base, sub floor/pavings and finishing cement concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for out door vitrified parking tile of size 60 x 60 cmx 10 mm thick tiles of approved size, set, jointed and pointed using with grey cement and pigment in floors, pavings etc including the setting and jointing in neat cement plaster or slurry 0.3 kg/sqm over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as per specification.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium paint on old rusted chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.
