M & L extra for forming fair finishing to drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, with using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry built in cement mortar incld all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m means radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including necessary preparation complete all as specified .

M & L, 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface in CM (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm spread thickness moorum/red bajri, spread rolled & consolidatged to gradient and camber required including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and get ting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 50 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg/10 sqm and filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparing for existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming / tack coat of bitumen primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm of using VG-10 grade bitumen and applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (design mix) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix and mixed cement as inert material, laid with mechanical paver plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne pneumetic power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old surface of road and applying 1.5 mm thick and 100 mm wide reflective resign thermoplastic paint by hot application of approved colour/make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in plinth, hard standing etc , surface finish even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick width and 100 mm deep expansion joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of borken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and tevelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 by B-1 (20mm graded aggt) as in copings, benching, covings, bed plates and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for fdn etc or for shafts wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plain and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finshes in for fixing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed as a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.
