SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Taking down and dismantling all the components from engine assembly of 160 to 250 KVA (Make - Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves) Diesel Engine, segregating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, decarbonisation, cleaning all interior & exeterior parts after disconnecting the out-going connection of Diesel Engine from the Panel Board, repair /replacement of defective spares and re assembling the DG set after completion of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Spare parts/ components measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Cost of transportation of defective components from site of work to workshop (if any) shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate)

Repair/re-conditioning of cylinder head (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) including machine work complete all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/re-conditioning of cooling pump with its all assembly, pipes and clamping ring, engine mounted (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) including machine work complete all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Overhauling Turbo-charger (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) including repair/replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of ON/OFF Solenoid switch (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) including repair/replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/calibration and testing of injectors (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Overhauling and testing of governor assembly (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) Including machine work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling the fuel injection/PT pump (as dismantled under serial item No. 01 above) segragating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, replace all unserviceable parts and cleaning serviceable parts, drying, lubricating, reassembling the FIP/PT pump with cleaned serviceable parts along with new parts as per requirment, calibration and testing on completion with computerised testing equipment complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge (Note for serial item No. 02 to 08 above: (i) Spare parts/ components measured and paid separately under relivent items. (ii) Cost of transportation of defective components (if any) from site of work to workshop shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate)

Servicing/repair of alternator 3 Phase 440 V capacity 160 to 250 KVA (Make - Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves), by dismantling the alternator from its mounting by unscrewing the nuts & bolts, cleaning the whole assembly of alternator, Replace the commutator, carbon brush & holder and re-assembling all the parts and re-mounted the alternator on its existing position including necessary connections complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down and dismantling the component from engine assembly of capacity 62 to 125 KVA (Make - Kirloskar / Crompton Greaves), Diesel Engine segregating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, decarbonisation, cleaning all interior & exeterior parts after disconnecting the out-going connection of Diesel Engine from the Panel Board, repair /replacement of defective spares and reassembling the same after completion of work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Spare parts/ components measured and paid separately under relevant items.)

Repair/re-conditioning of cylinder head (as dismantled under serial item No. 10 above) including machine work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/re-conditioning of exhaust manifold (as dismantled under serial item No. 10 above), cleaning, pressure testing for detection of leak, de-sealing leak-proof by necessary welding including machine work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and dismantling all the component from engine assembly of 550 KVA (Make - SKODA) Diesel Engine segregating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, decarbonisation, cleaning all interior & exterior parts after disconnecting the out-going connection of Diesel Engine from the Panel Board, repair /replacement of defective spares and reassembling the DG set after completion of work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Spare parts/ components and accessories required including spray painting shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Cost of transportation of defective components from site of work to workshop (if any) shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate)

Cleaning of cold water radiator tank of 550 KVA Gen set after draining out complete water by using pump and drying the surface, applying two coats of cement base paint after necessary preparation and filled the tank with water including cleaning the surrounding area of work complete all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the weak self starter 24 volt from motor of capacity & make as mentioned above, segregating serviceable and semi/unserviceable parts, cleaning serviceable parts, drying, lubricating and reassembling the self starter motor with cleaned serviceable parts along with the new parts as mention below and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-charge : (Note: Spare parts/ components shall be measured and paid separetly as" Supply Only")

(1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
