Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal disposal of unserviceable material outside ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster of mix for wall with ready mix plaster wherever required as per the instructions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with 15 mm thick integral densified calcium silicate/cementitous board hilux (as instructed) reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm. Including one coat primer and two coat paint of approved shade and quality.

suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.

Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain/perforated Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Removing of Existing false ceiling including all the components such as wires, tie rods, grids, pattis etc. and stacking the serviceable material anywhere in the campus as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing PVC Designer false ceiling along with wooden pallete design mounted on heavy duty supporting grid as per manufacturers and approved specification including all necessary hardware fittings, fixtures, clips etc. fitted to allow for cutting, wastage and making openings for lighting fixtures, A/C grills etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and drawings as given in the tender and instruction of Engineer incharge.

Electrical Works

Disconnection , removing of existing wirings , casing cappings, conduits , switch sockets , fire alarm system devices , Fire Fighting system, PA speakers , cameras, IT WIFI devices , and other electrical accessories fixed in existing false ceiling. The rates also includes refixing of existing fire alarm devices , PA Speakers , cameras IT wifi devices, Ac grills, AC diffusers and all other service exisiting all ceiling.

Supply and Fixing of PVC conduit/ Trunking 20mm size of PVC rigid conduit with spacers & saddles screws, rawal plug etc. , 2 way , 3 way junction box along with all accessories complete in all respect on any hard surface/wall/trench/ceiling etc.

Supply & Fixing of casing capping of 1.25inch with screws, rawal plug etc. along with all accessories complete in all respect on any hard surface/wall/trench/ceiling etc.

Cable for PA speaker as per instruction of Engineer in charge

Stranded Copper conductor, XLPE FRLS insulated, Shielded, Armoured Cable 650 V as per IS 1554, with GI saddle spacers every 0.3 mtr with Single compression Cable Glands, ABS Junction Boxes( wherever required ), terminals, Ferruling complete. 2 c x 1.5sqmm
