Earthwork in soil by Manual means (excavation for road way in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 100 meter. Including royalty Rs. 30.00 per cum but excluding the cost of watering, rolling & compaction -do- E/I.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. GSB Gr - III (Small Project)

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 ,the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 , aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum ,optimum moisture content to be determind during trial length construction .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including structting propping etc and -–do-- E/I.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes(110mm)

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume)

Carriage of Materials from source to work site with 10% C.P. do—do- as per direction E/I. Sand (8 K.M. lead)

Chips (40 K.M. lead)
