S/R to D type Quarter of Homeopathic Dispensary at Godapalsa for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc complete

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring & Shuttering if required etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth below the base course of flooring using 4cm size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc.complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6" thick including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in Foundation and Plinth after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all floors with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm & downgraded size hard granite chips for old work including providing chicken mess with cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Supplying fitting & fixing of MS doors, windows, grill & grill gate including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats in all floors to new wood and iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance taxes of all materials,cost of all labour, T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Distempering two coats of approved shade including cost conveyance taxes of distemper and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete.
