All as per item No 1 above here-in- before but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of walls by electrically operated grinder including necessary scaffolding complete and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2mm thick (avg thickness) wall care putty to obtain even and smooth surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

All as per item No 3 above here-in- before but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces of walls or there a part( In patches ) , area exceeding 3.00 Sqm but not exceeding 5.00 Sqm each, which is damage due to seepage or any other reason & preparing and levelling the disturbed surfaces by using wall care putty to obtain even and smooth surface of that portion and using sand paper and then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete.

All as per item No 8 above but area exc. 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 3.00 sqm each.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement .
