HT Cable 3Cx35 sq mm :- Supply of ISI marked aluminium cable conductor XLPE PVC insulated cable as per IS:7098 armoured, served, sheathed, 11kV grade.

LT Panel : Supplying, designing, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of panel fabricated out of 2mm thick(14SWG) CRCA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size iron channel of suitable size with proper lifting arrangement effecting proper connection of all incomer and out going (IP-43) fully compartmentalized cubical type wall mounted, totally enclosed, switch board and suitable for use on 415V, 3 phase, AC Supply, 4 wire, 50 C/S, system having 25 kA fault capacity, housed with incoming and outgoing aluminum bus bars, interconnection, interlocking between feeders etc. with indicating lamps, push buttons, necessary accessories, all out going feeders protection as required.

The sheet steel under go minimum 7 tanks treatment followed by finishing of powder coating of minimum 60 micron thickness, duly compartmentalized having accessories mounted inside the cubical panel, earthing with 2 Nos. earth studs

All openings shall be covered by soft rubber gasket, enclosure shall be galvanized. Panel shall have suitable cable entry from bottom and suitable arrangement for multi runs aluminum cables for all MCCB. Panel shall have individual compartment with name plate.

Panel Size - As per Drawing and shall be provided at the time of work order.

The Name Plate for each incoming & outgoing feeder must be in Anodized Aluminium Sheet.

BUS BARS SECTIONS

The panel includes 415V, 200A, 3Ph, 25kA, 50Hz Electrolytic Aluminium Bus Bar (E91EWP) Aluminium Earth Bus with removable glands plates, cable glands at sending and receiving ends, including connection with outgoing feeders complete in all respects. The current density of bus bar shall be minimum 0.8 A /sq.mm. Al. Bars up to 63A capacity. Other inter connections shall be made with 2.5 and 4 Sq mm PVC Cu. wire.

Incomer

1 no-200 ,415V, 4P/36kA MCCB with thermo-magnetic based released type with O/L, S/C protection with adjustable current with spreader links and extended rotary handle.

1 No -100A/FP/25kA/ MCCB thermomagnetic release type, and S/C, O/L protection, with Rotary Handle & Spreader links. ( incomer for DG suppy)
