Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. Non combustible as per BS:476 (part -4), fire performance as per BS:476(part 6&7), humidity resistance of 100 %, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides ) comprising of main T runners of size 24 x 38 mm of length 3000mm, cross - T of size 24 x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross - T of size 24 x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e.50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S.screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing .- with 15mm thick tegular edged light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick prelaminated bison board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc, complete as per architectural drawings prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side three layer.

Hacking the cement concrete flooring using jack hammer by employing labours and cleaning the concrete surface to receive mortar for bonding etc.
