Charpoy GI Pipe Hardtop FD-220 Removing of old unserviceable plytop from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with 75 mm long x 6 mm dia full threaded nut and bolts with washer in bothside by drilling 2 Nos of hole in long rail and 2 Nos of hole on short rails. Corners of plywood fixed on charpoy should be rounded off properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

S & F new iron strip of size 900x30x5 mm thick duly black painted in 2 Nos on long rails below ply wood top.

Removal of unserviceable long rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe and supply and fixing of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm nominal bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Removal ofunserviceable short rail from exiting frame of charpoy of GI pipe and fixing of short rail made from unsv long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against Ser No.51 above after cutting threading of both ends to the requires size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removal of unserviceable leg from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing by made from unsv long rail/Short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe as per item No. 51 & 52 here-in-before including cutting threading complete all as specified.

Repair of Charpoy GI frame including tightning, cutting, threading of both ends to the required size of long rail, short rail, leg complete all as specified shown on drawing.

Removal of unserviceable elbow three way 32mm bore from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new elbow GI three way 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removal of unserviceable check nuts from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe supply and fixing new check nuts GI 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drawing.

Welding of leg of charpoy GI pipe all as per drawing.

Charpoy IP Hardtop FD/MAP-II/01 Removing of old unsv plytop from charpoy IP Hardtop and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with 75 mm long x 6 mm dia full threaded nut and bolts with washer. Corners of plywood fixed on charpoy should be rounded off properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Bed Hard FD/E6/MAP/08 (R ) Removing of old unserviceable plytop from Bed Hard and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with 75 mm long x 6 mm dia full threaded nut and bolts with washer. Corners of plywood fixed on Bed Hard should be rounded off properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE Material & labour for painting to Almirah steel medium with shelves complete internal and external including top and bottom. after preparation of old painted surface and making smooth surface for spray painting inside/outside with synthetic enamel paint olive green, black or white shaded as per drawing & directed by Eng- in-Charge. FD-67(M)
