Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of HT/LT underground cable, pole or stay and getting out in Hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but exc 1.5 mtr and n.exc 3.0m in depth for erection of pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms spread any type of soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and lay in trenches un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I of size 250 x 150 x 40mm for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for riddled earth filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable as cushioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall measured and paid

Taking out old serviceable/unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 70 sqmm 3.5/4 core from trenches, poles/walls and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing or re-laying (after necessary repair/jointing) the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 07 here-in-before but size of 95 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note for Item No 7 & 8 : Earthwork and excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Re-laying XLPE UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core (item retreived from item No 7 here-in-before) laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of grass/bushes surounding the area of substation/out door type feeder pillar box 4 pole stracture and remove the deposited materials to a distance not more than 50 mtr away from the site including cleaning the out side and inside of the sub station building and making the surface clean complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation in soil for taking out pebbles including removing vegetation and bushes not exceeding 30cm depth & averaging 15cm deep in sub station complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for hardcore of gauge 40 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of 22 KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with explusion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps,each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS/ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts suitablly tinned to withstand weather complete including taking down existing Unserviceable AB switch all as specified and directed. Material and labour for special factory made earthing electrode comprising of hot dipped galvaized MS flat inserted in to GI pipe of 88 mm bore (outer), 3meter length, filled with non magnetic anti corrosive material specially developed for ground resistance enhancement power around the electrode to retain moisture conforming to IS 3043 including necessary boring in ground of 150 / 200mm dia in any type of strata connecting to test point all as specified and directed (the earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms . Contractor shall improve the earthing resistance within the permissible limit without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.
