Providing and placing free flow micro concrete Renderoc RG / Sika Micro-Concrete-2 or equivalent product of after fixing slurry tight shuttering. The micro concrete should be mixed mechanically while maintaining water, powder ratio of 0.16 strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The micro concrete should develop a compressive strength of 10 N/mm2 within 1 day, 40 N/mm2 within 7 days and 50 N/mm2 within 28 days. The cost is inclusive of materials.

Chipping and breaking/cutting of loose concrete, mortars etc. using Electrical chipping hammers to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge for successful execution of the subsequent rehabilitation works at all heights with all leads, lifts etc. complete with all tools and machineries required for the job, operator, applicator, labour, scaffolding for staging and supervision etc.

Providing and applying two coats of Nitozinc Primer a two component epoxy zinc rich primer/ Sika Top Armatec-108 or equivalent product on the properly cleaned and prepared steel bars after the required chipping and cleaning of the concrete surface as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
