Notes :- (i) The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Sch of Credit of this Tender. (ii) If any item of same description in nature is found to be entered as "double in BOQ" and the bidder quotes different rates against same item, then the rate quoted on lower side shall be applicable and higher rate will not be allowed to be paid in any circumstances. No claims on this account shall be entertained on a later date.
