Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket and power point) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, socket etc and removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors/ceiling to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm nominal area of copper conductor FRLS multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts cable drawn through & including PVC Casing & caping with standard accessories such as elbows, tees, junctions etc. and PVC moulded terminal box with top cover of including PVC insulated unsheathed solid 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable as continuous earth lead complete all as specified and directed for the followings:- (a) One light/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/poles/loop including Brass terminal lugs etac complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring along with 2x10 sqmm+1x6 sq mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface casing and caping of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required in PVC casing Caping wire size 2x6.0 sqmm + 1x6.0 sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure TPN for DBs with 200 Amps bus bar of 4 way 240 volts with blank plate Double Door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB four poles, 40-63 Amps 415V 10KA 'C' curve in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, welles cesspitsm, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depthe in hard/dense soil and getting out , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25m, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the strating point,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Par-I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned thickness of 18 CM will be measured and paid in this item.

S & F in replacement of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flate size 250 x 150x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade PVC insulated steel wire or tape armoured and overall PVC sheathed of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/poles/loop including Brass terminal lugs etac complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor of size 16.0 Sqmm 2 Core served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metere apart including 6 mm suspension wire,one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead dia by GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia protection pipe earth work etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES plate No. 6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing 50 mm bore light grade for including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
