M&L for taking up open well submersible motor dismantling & taking out old burnt winding, cleaning the slots and new re-winding of motor 10 HP 3 phase 415 volt with suitable gauge super enamelled copper winding wire and providing insulation materials such as fibre/ glass, complete including necessary transportation to work shop and bring back after repair/ rewinding all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but submersible sewage pumpset 7.50 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but submersible sewage pumpset 3.0 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.8 above but motor 4 sq mm all as directed and specified.

M&L for frame work such as grill, ladder/chequered plate and the like, using angle iron section for fabricating ladder of required size with steps including proper support angles, channels including two coat of water black bituminous paint and over one coat of red oxide and taking down old unserviceable grills, ladder etc all as directed and specified.

One coat of anti-corrosive bituminous paint on old painted surfaces of steel ladderin UG /OH tanks,

Supply and fix in repair water pressure guage 50mm dia or suitable size of dia with 0-7kg/sqcm including dismantling unserviceable exisitng pressure guage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No.12 above but 100 mm dia rang 0 - 14 kg /sqcm

Supply and fix in repairs single phase preventer suitable for any capacity upto 10 HP pump sets including dismantling and taking up old unserviceable all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix starter in repairs to spares MK1 Relays of any range 0.6 A to 18 A including dismantling and taking up old unserviceable all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs to MNX 10 contactor (L&T), 3 pole, including dismantling and taking up old unserviceable all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, 160 Amps, adjustable type with 36 KA breaking capacity including dismantling of unserviceable MCCB, making electrical connections as required and testing all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs fine bubble membrane diffuser of 0.6 mtr long and 90mm outer dia including lifting and lowering consisting of EPDM membranes with PVC grid pipes, supporting CC blocks to fix the fine bubble membranes including tee, hose nipple,collar, U clamps and teflon tape as required all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs coarse bubble diffusers of size 0.5 mtr long and 90 mm outer dia including lifting and lowering supported by PVC pipe and fittings with CC ballast and SS clamps, nut, bolt, washer etc as required all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, in repair, butter fly valves of 50mm dia in presure filter header lines or air blower delivery system as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, in repair, butter fly valves of 65mm dia in presure header lines or air blower delivery system as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of Air blowers, with greasing of ball bearings, oil seals and O rings and replacement of gear oil, 2 Nos belt as existing make suitable for air blower motor and air filters and spray painting with approved/ existing colour all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Opening the pressure sand filter of capacity 35000 ltr/Hr, opening the top cover of filter and removing old used filter media complete including cleaing of internal surfaces of filter for rusting and other accumulated deposits by scrubbing with wire bursh to smooth surface all as directed. Note: (i) In case the desired water quality parameters are not achieved the contractor shall arrange/alter the strata to ensure the quality parameters without any extra cost. (ii) Fresh pebbles shall be measured and paid separately as supply only herein after

Supply only new fresh media for pressure sand filter as per the approved sample any size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for top up of lost sand media in pressure filter/ drying beds at STP plant.

Disconnecting electrical and water connections and cleaning fountain and ,water storage tank, removing deposited algae, servicing and refixing at the same position complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair shower nozzles 2.5mm size for fountain any location complete all as directed.

Dismantling and removing unserviceable multi colour changing water proofing light fittings and fixing with new light fitting and making necessary connections, testing complete all as directed

Material and labour for Opening the pressure sand filter at swimming pool of capacity 120000 ltrs/Hr, opening the top cover of filter and removing old used filter media includes various sizes of pebbles / fine and coarse sand complete to place near by not exceeding 15 mt. Cleaning of internal surfaces of filter for rusting and other accumulated deposits by scrubbing with wire bursh to smooth surface all as directed.

Supply and filling new fresh gravels/ pebbles for pressure sand filter at swimming pool as per the existing strata shown below including testing and commissioning and obtaining desired out put water quality parametersby testing at NABL approved laboratory as per the instruction and satisfactory of Engineer in charge :- (a) 25 to 50 mm size pebbles from bottom - 10 cm depth (b) 12 to 25 mm size pebbles -7.5 cm depth (c) 6 to 12 mm size pebbles - 7.5 cm depth (d) 3 to 6 mm size pebbles (Silex) -7.5 cm depth (e) 1.5 to 3 mm size coarse sand -10 cm depth (b) 0.7 to 1.5 mm size fine sand -37.5 cm depth Note : In case the desired water quality parameters are not achieved the contractor shall arrange/alter the strata to ensure the quality parameters without any extra cost.

S&F in repairs to suction sweeper with brush holder made out of MS sheet 2mm thick suitable for fixing 2 feet nylon brush and provided with 4 nos moulded wheels of size 25mm dia on four corners of brush holder including providing rubber gasket of size 3mm thick all round the brush holder box fixed with suitable nuts,bolts,washers of GI and suitable handle for lifting/inserting the sweeper all as directed

Supply and fix in repairs PVC heavy duty braided hose 50mm dia with suitable clamps/circlips for suction sweeper complete

S&F in repair butter fly valve 150mm dia heavy duty with rubber gasket complete

S & F in repair LED indication lamp R/Y/B (each set of three) with base including dismantling of unserviceable indication lamp and connecting up the cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair DOL starter for the motors of capacity of 3/2 HP including dismantling existing old motor starter from its location by removing all cable connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make: L&T or equivalent of Havells/BCH.

M & L for cleaning the swimming pool of capacity 10.00 lakh ltrs thrice in a week all around and bottom of the pool to remove the algae by means of scrpping / scrabbing the wall with wire brush removing the sediments deposited at bottom with the help of suction sweeper complete all as specified Note :- Suction sweeper required for the cleaning will be provided by contractor

De-watering of swimming pool, including fountain,sucttion drainage carefully removing all moses, algae and dirt from internal walls, floors under ground sump by using steel wire brush and cleaning with high pressure industrial vacuum cleaner including removing of dirty water completely using sludge pump set and disposing off the same to a safe distance and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to internal surfaces using Zero bacterial compound (Aqua-treat) or equivalent approved chemical including writing the date of cleaning on outside of tank/ sump using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100mm height x 100mm wide complete all as specified and directed for 950000 ltrs capacities (swimming pool)of tanks/ sumps:

M&L for bleaching powder GD-1 with minimum available chlorine as 23.5%, packed in 25 Kgs capacity bag all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair flexible PVC braided pipe, heavy duty, 40mm dia with circlips/ clamps suitable for suction sweeper all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair flexible PVC braided pipe, heavy duty, 25mm dia with circlips/ clamps suitable for suction sweeper all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Nylon rope heavy duty (Manila type) of size 25mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in reparir, Nylon brush suitable for suction sweeper, 2 feet x 2 inch size with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc including removing unserviceable brush all as specified and as directed.

Supply anf fix in repair rubber gasket suitable for suction sweeper including MS flat strip support, bolts, nuts and washers complete, fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, heavy duty, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends (ISI marked) of size 15 mm including taking down complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Foot valve, in UG sump100mm bore, CI body and hard rubber gasket all as specified and as directed.
