Design its Vetting/approval from any Indian Institute of Technology/Any NIT, Supply,Installation. Testing and commissioning of following buildings with levelling of ground including construction of reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C.) framed sub structure up to desired Road level and super structure with RCC framed structure with AAC blocks walls (external and internal as per technical specifications) including all finishing work complete in all respect with all electrical installation, sanitary and water supply, Plumbing & other public health service/fixtures & Septic tank, soak pit with necessary connections including installation of fire fighting with wet riser and sprinkler system with automatic fire alarm system & fire tank as per NBC norms and separate 5000 Litre overhead water tank and as per attached approved drawing & technical specifications in the RFP with all lead and lifts/including all taxes and other incidental charges, building complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge. Building cost with Structural & Finishing work.
