Schedule 'A' Part - XI : - Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items : Internal Electric Supply Supply and fixing new generation, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed aluminium landscape IP 65 luminaire for diffused lighting with high power LED 8 Watts as light source with all accessories including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and fixing arrangements such as grouting with suitable nuts, bolts and washers in PCC base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Havells and Model No BAMB00BLS8WLED830PSYMTOPC or equivelent in Baja j/ Crompton / Philips.

Supply and fix air circulator fan 230V single phase oscillating 450mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Water Supply : S&F Urinal spreader of chromium plated any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F two way bib taps 15 mm bore, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

Road / Path / Culvert / Hard Standing: M&L for Providing and laying road marking paint as per IRC 35 with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminious surface, applying of hot thermo plastic compond with minimum 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm including of all surface cleaning, applying, labour charges, all taxes etc at site locations for complete finished item of work as directed by Engineer in Charge.

External Electric Supply:- Supply, fix and testing of digital automatic street light switch of capacity 5 KW equally distributed, single phase with high and low voltage and overload protection consists of contactor, 1 No of incoming MCB and 1 no of outgoing MCB of 25-40 Amps each and circuit wiring of 10 sqmm. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation, sensor along with contactor, MCBs should be enclosed in pole mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 54 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 11 KV, 630 Amps, vermin and dust proof suitable for tropical climate, Air natural cooled, IP-65 protected Load break switch, suitable for cable entry with 200 Amps DO set and earth switch totally enclosed metal clad complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including the following provisions :- (i) SF6 three position switches with position ON-OFF-EARTH. (ii) Manual /motorised operated spring mechanism ON-OFF-EARTH. (iii) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH. (iv) Mimic diagram at the front facia of LBS. (v) Socket for Voltage Presence Indication System shall be provided with voltage detection system to check whether cable is live or dead. (vi) Fault Passage Indicator. (vii) Padlocking facility.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning factory made CPRI approved, out door type dust and vermin proof Feeder pillar, LT panel board cubical, double door hinged type compartmentalized of suitable size 415 volts, AC 50 Hz fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick machine pressed and angle iron frame 50mm x 50mmx 6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) powder coated inside and outside including 4 poles aluminium bus bar of suitable size mounted on porcelain insulators and enclosed in chamber made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed and connections from incoming and outgoing electric cable of suitable size thimbles / lugs, cable gland with openable shutters on both side and comprising of the following provisions :-

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machinary including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mps working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Brick platform of size 2.5m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m in cement mortar 1:6 with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 20 cm thick coping over brick work, plastering to exposed surfaces of brick work with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mounting bracket made out of medium grade GI tubing 32 mm bore, 1.2 m long and bend to shape including 02 Nos MS clamps, Nuts, Bolts, Washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole 7 mtr long, polished, finished with PCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plates complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Excavation in post hole as required depth as directed by Engr-in-charge for pole foundation and getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in with excavated soil after fixing the pole in PCC foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. (ii) Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation bed upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting as per manufacturer's design. Supply and fixing Aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole 3 Mtr of height with grey powder finish compatible for all Havells post top range, Window Plasma cut and duly chamfered opening window of 300x110 mm for terminal connections and mounting accessories. Window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole with all accessories including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and fixing arrangements such as grouting with suitable nuts, bolts and washers in PCC base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. External Water Supply : Supply, install, test and commisioning of Factory made Vertical cylindrical type multigrade pressure sand filter of capacity minimum 125 m3 / hour made from MS sheet of suitable size 2400 mm dia filter MSEP with 1875 HOS for working pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 duly painted (inner and outer) with red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint with suitable size of inlet, outlet valves, NRVs, control valves for operation, back wash system including valve manifold, drain out facilities including frontal piping of 150 mm dia MS of suitable size pipes for discharge of 125 M3 / hour, pressure rating 2.5 Kgf/cm2, fittings and filteration rate of 25 m3/m2/hr, filter media, Shell, dish end 6mm /8mm with media 6560 kgs and media depth of 915 mm etc as required for smooth functioin and operation all as per manufacturer designed discharge capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of MS frontal piping, control valves connected to the pressure filter and PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) Piping up to pressure filter inlet and beyond outlet of pressure filter and drain pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Drawing for filter shall be approved by GE before placement of order. (iv) Schematic diagram with dimensions for layout of filtration plant, complete pipes of all types and sizes, all types of pumps and blowers, flow inlet nozzles, drain pipes shall be approved by GE before placing order. (v) Colour coding of pipes, lines, arrow marking and numbering of valves shall be done as per IS code.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of Air Blower with 5 HP 3 Phase motor, IE-2 rated, ISI marked required for filtration unit back wash process of suitable capacity but not less than 300 Cum /Hr, or as recommended by OEM for swimming pool as given in schedules complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of Water circulation, Horizontal split casing end suction pump 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM suitable for pressure filter designed discharge capacity 125 m3 / hour @ 25 Mtr head having pump efficiency 65-75%, and suitable for filteration plant specified as above for ensuring turnover period 5-7.0 hour with 20 HP capacity prime mover. The pump shall be of cast iron body, bronze impellar, with mechanical seals, TEFC squirrel cage, IE-2 induction motor, F class insulation , IP55, M.S. Fabricated base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings i.e. pressure gauges, Air release valves, drains, coupling, coupling guard, PCC foundation, vibration isolation arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Total three pumps, 02 Nos Working + 01 No Standby)

Supply, install, test and commisioning of Automatic chlorine dosing pump (0-6) LPH with PP / PVC dozing tank capacity with high speed stirrer and piping for inlet and outlet connections complete with control valves, NRVs, metering, electric cabeling and copper wiring through PVC concealed conduit from Main control panel to booster pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Total two pumps, one working + one standby)

Supply, install, test and commisioning of automatic Acid / alkali Dosing pump (0-6) LPH with PP / PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr with high speed stirrer and piping for inlet and outlet connections with control valves, NRV, electric cabling and copper wiring through PVC conduit from main control panel to booster pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes for item No 28 & 29 : (i) Pump including LCD screen on/off or proportional operation mode 0-14 PH, 1000-1400 MV, PH, RX (ORP) electrode inlet (10 tera OHM), including electrode screen resolution 0.01PH ( + ) 1 mv ph/ Rx 10 litre /hour -5 bar, IP-65 protection, anti acid plastic casing, control panel protection, weather proof and resisting UV rays, standard power supply 230V, AC, 50 HZ, single phase with sensor. PH sensor kit including PH sensor, buffer solution, sensor holder, level sensor including RX sensor. (ii) Chemical storage tanks:- Semi-transparent polyethylene tank of capacity tank 150 Ltrs-02 Nos with external scale so that levels can be checked easily. (iii) Agitators:- Agitators for easy installation in the tanks, provided with steering grip in Bakelite, rod and propeller arms in PVC, suitable length of stirring rod 900 mm. (xiv) The height of panel should be 0.60 mtr from ground level with PCC foundation and the cost for foundation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (xv) The quoted price shall include 2 mm thick rubber insulating mats. (xvi) General arrangement and schematic drawings shall be approved by GE before start of fabrication. Note: Drawing of LT panel board shall be submitted by the contractor before fabrication and get approval from GE.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of swimming pool hair and lint catcher of size 500 mm x 750 mm X 40 mm with mesh and handle of grade MOC SS 304 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of swimming pool drains (drain out sump) 500 mm X 500 mm of grade MOC SS 304 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of swimming pool under water integral LED model 20 Watt LED wall mounted type working on 12 Volts DC, IP-68 with built-in driver, including push in connector in 4 pole, flexible conduit and all fixing arrangement in swimming pool wall to accommodate swimming pool lights complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: All light fittings shall be inside the wall. No projection shall be allowed. Cost of making groove for fixing of light is inclusive of unit rate quoted above. No AC supply will be allowed behind light. Only DC power supply will be allowed from main panel. DC transformer will be fixed inside room. PVC pipe shall be laid down during the casting of RCC frame / wall.
