Errection of STP complete with its all accessories at the requirement of site condition. (Only ST pole will be provided by department & Clamps Ms Nut bolt etc. will be provided by contractor).

Hanging of 11 Kv single Ckt. overhead line on already erected 11 Mtr. STP by ACSR dog conductor by fixing 11 KV X-arm pin/Disc insulator & all required material. (only ACSR Dog conductor, X-arm, pin/disc insulator will be provided by department).

Guarding of 11 KV double/single Ckt. 11 KV overhead line. (only G.I. wire will be provided by department).

Earthing of ST pole 9/11 Mtr. (MS Earthing rod & G.I. wire will be Provided by Department).

Painting of ST pole 9/11 Mtr. (All material provided by contractor).

Laying/hanging of XLPE 3X120/3X185 sqmm on existing & Newly Constructed 9/11 Mtr. Long STP/ Rail pole with the help of Turn-buckle at each pole. (Only XLPE cable & stay wire will be provided by department & other materials will be provided by contractor).

Fixing of following 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS-13573-1992 and ESI STD 09-13 all other relevant standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185/3x120 Sqmm XLPE cable. (jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Trimming of Tree Branches.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable by Manual Method at Road Crossing by 6" Dia HDPE pipe Double Ckt. Bellow 1000 mm from road surface. (Only XLPE cable provided by department).

Errection & Grouting of Stay Rod with all related accessories. (only stay set & stay wire provided by the department)
