Annual maintenance charges for maint and repairs of high efficiency water pumps at 21 AR location Modi

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I

Annual maintenance charges for water supply system at Bn HQ and COB's of 21 AR at Modi. A total of four visits every year (One visit of three months) for preventive & breakdown maintenance. In the preventive maintenance, the following jobs will be down by the contractor. (a) All pump sets and machinery sets like compressor, flush mixture , clarifier unit , alum mixtures , chemical feed pumps and existing machinary eqpt will be started and all electrical and mechanical parts will be checked. (b) Greasing of bearings has to be done. (c) Allignment of pump set will be done and checked and in case any abnormality is found rectification has to be carried out. (d) The pumps should be checked for any abnormal vibration using vibration meter. (e) Current, voltage, speed & pressure will be measure and record in service report. (f) All the pumps must be thouroughly overhauled at least once in a year without any extra charges (g) Electrical starter has to be checked for tightness/ cleaning, repairing of any bearing including supply of any material if required in the scope of the contractor. (h) The contractor must respond to any breakdown within 24 hours and complete the rrepair with 48 Hours. (i) The supply of Gland pack, grease, lubricants and any other consumable items will be in the scope of the contractor. (j) Repair of pump parts is under scope of contractor. Only re-winding of pumps is paid seperately. (k) Check and operate all existing valves.

The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured seperately and paid on OEM tax invoice if OEM spares not avl in market then spares will be arranged from another to the company approved by Engr- in - charge for the product. In both cases the amount will be paid as GST invoice of OEM/ Company with 15% contractor proifit. Note :- (a) Total wise evaluations will be carried out to obtain L1. (b) Total amount is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
