SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (B/R Works) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed Vitrified tiles (any shade) of 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window (Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each) Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+/-0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement window single panel with S.S. friction hinges (300 x 19 x 1.9 mm), made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & sash 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glass pane glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed. (Glass shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fix 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality plain / tinted and glazing in UPVC windows in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mesh Sash (42 mmx57mm) in uPVC windows for fixing of wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms laid over cement mortar screed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and molding edges of granite stone including taking down plaster / screed any thickness and providing screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters of size exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pressed steel frames size 125x60mm for doors with double rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of steel frames all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40 mm thick decorative factory made flush shutters, covered with decorative face veneer on both sides with lipping/frame to match, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 300mm mild steel, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood Small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary labours; articles not exceeding 200 cu.cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts, of extruded section and fixed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150 mm size aluminium anodised handles, cast type, anodised all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 140 mm long floor door stopper of brass body and tongue with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 0.9 mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of the existing treatment of any type on walls and applying a coat of alkali resistant priming paint followed by applying wall care putty and making the surfaces smooth and even with sand paper and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20 mm thick screed bed on cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering / cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs continuous (piano) hinges in cupboards, electro galvanised mild steel or stainless steel, width of flap 30mm including taking down and refixing of cupboard shutters as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium composite panel (ACP) 4mm thick of approved colour and shade of Alu bond or equivalent approved fixed with self tapping screws on aluminium powder coated frame work weight not less than 0.79 Kg/RM in any shape and size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (E/M Works) Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket, AC point out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & capping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for (light/fan/bell) using 1.5sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor multistranded , PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, FRLS cables in and including PVC conduit 20mm dia and fitting concealed in wall including 1.2mm pressed steel terminal switch boxes, 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5sqmm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, FRLS green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc for one light/fan point controlled by one number one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- cutting chasing of existing wall for PVC conduit switch boxes and including making good with existing surface is deemed to be including in quoted rate.

Supply and fix LED light fitting 20-25W 220V AC twin glow LED up-down batted (warm white and cool white) LED Up-Down decorative light with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.
