Dismantling Posts or struts (steel or RCC) any section ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken ruble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) type C2, in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for flat iron for fixing chin link or hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and clountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embneding in concrete and screwing etc wid ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-165. complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

S&F 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&Lfor preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and than applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel of mesh 75mm X 75mm size 3 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge. Note :- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly .BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing line wires,any mesh, size including line wire,any mesh,size and any type of standared ,rails,straining bolt, etc complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge. Note :- Supply of chain link fencing wire be measured and paid Separately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, and screwed the other,or screwed both end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal/ square nut not exceeding 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290(Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/ concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for two coat Cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L brickwork withsub class `B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L brick work in CM 1:6 except new bricks (old retrived good quality bricks to be use) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge)or brick tiles in floors, channels,drain edges, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for brickwork withsub class `B' Bricks, continuous brick edging,with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for flush pointing in CM 1:4, to bricks laid flat or brick edge in pavings and drain complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab for manholes, drains etc and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of MS bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) n.less than 0.9mm dia as in MH covers complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete , 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) flooring,paving etc. concrete complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for Machine pressed Precast cement concrete interlocking coloured ( glossy finished / ruberised paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with and including 25mm thick sand cushining complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for 30 cm x 30 cm x (20 to 25) mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles(rubber moulded) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 with pigments complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

M&L for Providing RCC precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm gragded aggregate) 25 mm thick Jallies (measured solid including all mouldings and frame) complete all as specified and directed by Endineer -in -Charge

Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
