Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm etc. complete complying with standard specification .

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT Steel ISI including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1½:3 [one cement and one and half sand and four the aggregate ] using 20 mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excluding cost of reinforcement and centering works and including the cost of mixing, laying , curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification .

Special Ceiling Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and laying and jointing of PVC pipes ( 6kg / Sqcm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to I.S.S & with I.S.I mark, of the following sizes including cutting, fixing to PVC Specials using Adhesive but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak - wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws, making holes on the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick scaffolding charges .

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW sitch box for 5A 3pin non interlocking Wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.S.D 36.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Painting the old iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing Two coats with good quality of Shell Lime including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications.
