Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of LED post top lantern 35/40 Watt warm white made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP-65 protection including fixing of GI pipe of suitable dia dia, 300 mm long light grade, partly embedded on column of gate with fixing arrangement complete and making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade single core of size 1.5 Sqmm cut to pieces in colour coding, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade single core of size 2.5 Sqmm cut to pieces in colour coding, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.

Earthing complete in repair with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to 4mm dia galvanised earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvd iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009. Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.
