M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washer and other accessories with Omni directional Blue lens, 7.5 watt or of suitable for watts, 6.6 Amps etc. and confirming to ICAO requirements and as per , the enclosed specification. (FAA/ICAO compliance)

Subhead I Supply items:- Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of illuminated Wind direaction Indicator (WDI) with associated lamps, hardware foundation, grouding etc and compliant to FAA/ ICAO Annex 14 complete as required.

Subhead I Supply items:- SITC of LED type Elevated Runway Guard light which includes two set of flashing light fixture installed at both side of taxiway with black independent visors, 6.6A current driven input power supply, two lamps 150 W -6.6 A, flashinbg rates 45-50 per mintues, frangible support, high strength base plate for runway guard light two resist wind speed (300 mph). complete as required. (2 set for each runway/taxiway intersection)

Subhead I Supply items:- Supply of Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator of micro processor controlled, thyristor type suitable for operation on 230 Volts plus /-10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output( 6.6, 5.2, 4.1, 3.4 and 2.8 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with digital output ammeter(0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display, complete as required for the following rating and conforming to specifications enclosed. 2.5 KW CCR

Subhead I Supply items:- Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4` away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, `B` class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings

Subhead- II SITC and ITC items:- Supply and installation of Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 MM thick Al. backcover of 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbol should be screen printed/ on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tighness and locking arrangement, signboard shall be uniformly inernally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve illumination level operated on without flickering including supporting frangible legs and frame etc. complete as required and as specifiedas per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I (legends as appoved by Engineer-in-Incharge).

Supplying and laying of following sizes PN 6, PE 80 rating HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 50 mm dia (OD)

Supplying and laying of following sizes PN 6, PE 80 rating HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. b) 63 mm dia (OD)

Installation, testing and commissioning of all types of elevated fittings i/c installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug and receptacles, i/c supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, plug and receptacles, Lamp and isolating transformer etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 2.5/ 4 /7.5 KW rating of CCR i/c required foundation, grouting etc. complete as required.

Installation of CI housing box round type, of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deep inside bitumen macadum/PQC surface of runway/shoulder/taxiway i/c cutting of surface, providing 250 mm long 15 mm dia `B` class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting and suitable threading of pipe and housing box ,i/c adjustment of housing with the dolite etc, refilling the surface and making good the same as original as required.

Installation of CI housing box round type of size 330mm dia and 450mm deep in open unpaved area providing 250mm long 15 mm dia `B` class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting and suitable threading of pipe and housing box, excavation of surface, cement concrete all round (1:2:4) of 100 mm thick CC inculding bottom, refilling the surface and making good the same as original as required.

Numbering of GLF fittings by synthetic enamil paint complete as per instruction of engineer-in-charge.

Laying of one number Airfiled ground lighting cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Size 6/16 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated secondary lead in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Kerf cutting of suitable size i/c chipping, hammering, cleaning, and drying etc. and refilling the kerf with sealant materials including primer etc. in bitumin/PQC surfaces laying of following numbers of secondary leads:- Upto 1 C X 6 Sq mm/1 C X 16 Sq mm Primery cable Laying

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
