S&F in repairs retro reflective Tape made of high intensity reflective grade sheeting over existing sheet including Ist quality adhiesive etc. as letters, arrow, sign, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old broken runway sign board carefully from frame/legs including taking out screws etc leaving the existing frame in position for refixing after repair and removing the same away from aircraft maneuvering area not exceeding 3.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain, unbreakable aluminium galvanised ACP sheet for runway sign board having high optical clarity. 100% UV protected face plate, having high impact strength UV resistance must meet 1000 hrs UV weathering test as per ASTM G53. The sheet to withstand high velocity winds, resist temperature varying from extreme cold enviroment to sweltering hot conditions having temperature resistant upto 50 degree celcius to be fixed using cadmium plated screws on fibre frame jointed with aluminium cleat with high grade adhesive/staples on corners including superior quality radium coloured film high grade not affected from water & heat as a text matter( text matter shall be electronically cut) smoothly pasted on acrylic sheet with high grade adhesive including fixing sign boards in the existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F frame work for sign boards using PVC fibre reinforced pipe of size 40x40x3mm constructing using aluminium angle cleat of size 40x40x5mm to reinforce the frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium angle 25x25x1.5mm for bedding the frame at outer side complete including necessary screws complele all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and racking out the existing expansion joint sealed with sealing compound grade B or any description 25 mm to 35 mm wide and up to 25 mm to 45 mm deep by appropriate hand tools (chisel and hammer or "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel hammer and grinding or any tools without damaging the edges and sides of the joint and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per the manufacturer instruction provision of de bonding strip (thickness shall be 20 to 25 % more than the width of joint) at bottom of joint and sealed the joint with pitch free grey polyurethane sealant conforming to BS -5212 type -FB) having minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) as 30 % Minimum depth of the sealant above debonding strip shall be 10-15 mm and applying the masking tap on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tap after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed
