Dismantling of house service brackets any type including making good disturbed work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description for old stay assembly retrieved from item No 3 all as directed.

(j) One No. potential transformer (PT) three phase dry type (resin cast) draw out type 11 KV/ 110V, 100VA burden, accuracy class 0.5 with HT & LT HRC fuses for primary and secondary complete as per IS- 3156 - 01Setc.

(k) SCADA compatible solid state numerical O/C & E/F relay for complete protection of HT, 11KV, three phase feeder having facility to record fault current with date and time with suitable communicable port as approved by GE/EIC - 02 Nos. (l) Arc flash supervision of circuit breaker, cable and bus bar compartment. (m) Digital SCADA compatible intelligent panel meter indicating line/ phase current, line/ phase voltage, power factor, KVAR, KVA, frequency, wave forms, THD etc. with accuracy class 0.5 for all incoming feeder of RMU - 02 Nos. (n) One set of indication lamp LED type for ON/ Off indication in all LBS/VCB/SF6 breaker. (o) Two sets of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three Nos. indication lamp RYB phase indication in all LBS/ VCB/ SF6 breaker. (x) Cost of taking down of existing cable from four/ two pole structure and fixing in RMU making all arrangements shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by bidders/ contractors. Notes: (i) The contractor shall arrange for factory visit of rep detailed by accepting officer to carry out routine & type test (Non-destructive) as per relevant IS/ IEC codes before despatch of material. (ii) The Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB)/ SF6 circuit breaker and load break switches shall conform to all relevant IEC standards and IS standards. (iii) The cost of Anything missed out item above which is technically required for efficient operation of RMU shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) The material will be purchased only through original manufacturing company. (v) The RMU shall be installed on suitable PCC platform of adequate height/ size as per recommendation of manufacturer. The quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision.

Material and labour for road cutting of minimum sizes 30cm x 30cm and minimum width of 3 mtrs for laying cables etc and making good the disturbed surface to match existing surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as derected. Note :- The cost of material required for making good shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Suppling and laying synthetic rubber insulating mats 3mm thick for voltage up to 33KV of size 2 mtr x 1mtr x 19mm for electric purpose as per relevants IS (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electric shock safety complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Street light bracket 1.5 Mtr long made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade bend to shape welding etc and fixing on existing LT pole with 40 x 6mm flat iron MS clamps including necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for junction box pole mounted of size 230 x 170 x 110mm made out of engineering plastic comprising 60 Amps, 4 pole aluminium bus bar mounted on DMC insulator, 1 No SP MCB 6 Amps, 10 KA, junction box should be mounted on pole with MS flat iron of sizes 40mm x 6mm including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of 1.5 sqmm 3 core flexible copper cable from junction box to street light as per site requirement.
