Construction of one Community Centre, at Dumduma Phase-4, Housing Board Colony under BMC in ward no. 65

Earth work excavation in all kind of soil within initial lead of 50 m and initial lift of 1.5 m including rough dressing and leveling the bed...etc complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

Brick work with Fly ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation,Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, stair case, jali , shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but the excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor Steel and Binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster 1:4 to RCC surface finished smooth includingclosed deep chipping and slurry treatment with cost of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete. (As per A.R. 109/27)

Supplying fitting and fixing of vertrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm(plain) of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 Course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost , conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour etc. complete. (Data for 10 sqm)

Supplying fitting and fixing of vertrifed Wall tile of size 600mm x 600mm(plain) of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 Course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost , conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour etc. complete. Supplying and fixing of M.S.Panneled Door single leaved shutter with M.S.frame overall size including frame:- 1830mm (H) x 910mm (W) made out of the following materials conforming to relevant Indian Standard specifications. Frame :- 30x30x5mm M.S.angle, Shutter style :- Top & Bottom rail 25x25x3mm M.S.angle, Door panel :- 1.0mm C.R.Sheet. Panel stiffener covering width of leaf :- 19x5mm M.S.Flat 3nos. MS Grill for window etc

Supplying, fitting and fixing up window(sliding type) made up aluminum section No.9778 as window fram, section No.4095, 4096 & 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending inculding locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including the cost of labour & primer. etc. complete.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint with cost of paint.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer including cost of all materials,labour,T & P sundries etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing laminated single panneled PVC door with choukath incluidng cost of all fittings, labour charges, T&P etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25mm thick CC 1:2:2 with 6mm size CB chips for grading concret over roof slab etc. complete.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
