REPAIRS TO ORNAMENTAL FENCING AND ALLIED WORKS IN PXE TECH AREA AT CHANDIPUR

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster with WPC @ 3% of wt of cement on external surfaces of brick work in CM 1:4 and surface to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 ltr/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete Removal of dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint, synthetic paint ,exterior weather proof paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade over old plastered surfaces (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) incl exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Brick work with flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure for compound wall,drain etc, with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete all as specified or directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates,solid frame,hold fast etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab, grill work with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge,

Dismantling for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm (heavy duty) (thickness as per manufacturer's availability), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered precast cement concrete tiles minimum 20 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalentdesign mix )manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

M & L PCC 1:2 :4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping,sub base to receive tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.
