Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. and embankments complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, pile caps, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits [if any] of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC Pipe of 150 mm bore [SCH-80] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors or in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel [½ round or ¾ section] in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum / Red Bajri filling under Floors or in Pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed / rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity including watering to and consolidated to required level, gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Measurements shall be taken after consolidation of earth and 10% deduction shall be made for payments.

M & L for preparation of Bituminous / Concrete surfaces of Taxiway, Turning Pads, Runway surfaces by removing all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc. and Painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters, etc. and the like exceeding 10cm width or girth with Two Coats of Water based Acrylic Runway Marking Paint of colour White or Golden Yellow [Retro Reflective Type] with White or Black Borders, Cold applied type, applied by skilled painter / applicator complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered / concrete Wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on Wall / Ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of Epoxy Concrete Floor Coating [Consisting of Resin & Hardener] [Dark Grey Colour] by using stiff brushes and/or rollers over a coat of Epoxy Primer on concrete surfaces for creating bonding between Epoxy coating and concrete surfaces including preparation of surfaces, removing all undulations with wire brush or electric floor scrubber or etching with suitable tools, pressure cleaning the surface with clean water and finally cleaning the surface with industrial vaccume cleaner to remove all foreign matter, dust and debris etc. including filling the cracks if any / air voids with suitable Epoxy Grout, finishing the surface to even and plain surface using suitable means to remove all imperfections and entrapped air complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 95 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of Cable Jointing Kits required for terminations.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 70 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of Cable Jointing Kits required for terminations.

Supply and laying of DWC [Double Wall Corrugated] HDPE Pipe and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of outer dia of 63mm and inner dia 50mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified.

M & L Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 40mm dia, Light grade including all fittings for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.
