Repair/maintenance/re-conditioning to DG set battery 12 volts/180 AH by by replacing the battery terminal , outer cell, battery plate,battery lead,distilled water electrode and charging upto 72 hour completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/repair/over hauling of charging alternator of DG set having capacity of 20 to 125 KVA and replacement of UNSV/defective parts like carbon brushes, bearing, leaver, pulley, spacer, commutator assembly, armature, washer etc. and refitting after repair completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of diode and rectifier for alternator suitable for DG set 20 to 125 KVA completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of defective/unserviceable automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR) suitable for 63KVA DG Set to 125 KVA DG Set complete all as specifed and directed completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement battery leads set with thimble, PVC insulated multisranded, copper conductor 6 Sqmm not less than 1.5 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for 20 KVA DG Set to 125 KVA DG Set.

Material and labour for repair/replacement of DG set 22.5 to 40 KVA Make Kirloskar by disconnecting alternator from engine for replacement of MS coupling, rubber coupling, fly wheel ring, bolt and nuts of existing size, anti vibration pad -04 No, Note :- The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts/relay/timer and not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system. No extra payments will be made for the same completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of soft/loose soil in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
