COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR TO PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTING, JOINERY, FLOORING, ROOFING, CEILING, WALL PLASTER ETC AND POST ATT TO CERTAIN BLDG AT CARIAPPA OFFRS ENCLAVE AND ADJACENT AREA IN THE AOR OF AGE BR-I AT PMS

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:6 all as specified as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here in above but except bricks complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L half brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:4 all as specified as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work/ RCC wall and finish the surface fair and even complete all as specified

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying Two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. over and including a coat of primer and 1.0 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of surfaces of plastered walls and applying Two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. over and including a coat of primer and 1.0 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished fair and even, mixed wth water proofing compound admixture (if directed) as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule.

Supply only liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed.
