Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast conc rete articles.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exe 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.

All as per serial item no 2.00 above but except bricks. (serviceable bricks to be reused obtained from Item No-1 above).

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2 , 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of 100mm thick.

Material and labour for sand cushoning including watering and consolidation and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated material exc 1.50 KM but not exc 5KM and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of any tint over a coat of primer and putty, smooth finished complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces.

Preparing of plaster surface and apppying of three coat of white wash on newly plaster surface.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil

Removing excavated material and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point at a total distance beyond 500m and upto total distance of 1.5km from starting point

Supply and fixing for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strenth of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for MS steel work in tubular trusses, post, rafter and purlin including tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240

Supply and fixing for MS plain plates square cut or notched forming holes with out any attachments FE-410W (Gde-E-250) quality B

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbles mixed with earth aroung in layers not exc 25cm in soft and loose soil

Material and labour for 150mm Thick soling (or sub base with broken boulders or uarried stone, inter stices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient spread.

Material and labour for PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 100mm thick

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ultra finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick of m-35 grade with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of Cement base paint of newly plastered surface including necessary preparation

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces or brickwork surfaces on finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement with two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash inculding prepration complete as directed

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over new steel surface over a coat priming with red oxide including necessary preparation

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof/path kerbs or mud stops, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses lacking courses parapets and railing upto 60cm in height coping kneeers appx stones bed plates, kerb water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft and loose soil
