M&L Attending emergency breakdown of water supply installations where directed, Lifting up defective submersible pumpset of cap 5HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, any stage and deep, column pipes (any number) from bore well, setting aside and stacking column pipes for reuse, transportating unserviceable pumpset from borewell to workshop Opening of the defective motor & pump in MES store yard/ workshop, cleaning the covers and parts as applicable in presence of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the quantam of defects and repairs involved and assembling the motor & pump after carrying out repair works to make smooth functioning, applying spray painting to the repaired motor& pump externally with two coats of synthetic enamle paint of shade as directed by the Engineer in Charge transporting repaired pumpset from workshop to bore well site after completion of repair work, lowering of submersible pumpset with column pipes in the bore well as existing with new nut bolt and washer including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, including electrical supply connections as per existing for smooth functioning of pump motors complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of RCC Over Head Reservoir of capacity 50000 Glns as described below : i) Before starting the cleaning of Over Head Reservoir, distribution line from OH tank is to be disconnected and plugged with suitable fitting. After cleaning, plugged line should be washed out and connected to the distribution pipe line as per existing position. Cost of required earth work and excavation at places is deemed to be included in item rate quoted by the contractor. ii) The inner surface of the walls and ceiling of the tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank. iii) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. iv) After removing the sludge from tank, the tank shall be first cleaned thoroughly by using high pressure water pump and again the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using a industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dirt free. v) After making the tank dirt free, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling of the tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents. vi) After the treatment as mentioned at (iv) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be treated with UV Radiator. NOTE : (i) The unit rate quoted deemed to be including draining of water with mechanical equipment and working in water and mud etc. (ii) The unit rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of all safety precautions which shall be taken while working on RCC over head tank/underground sump and contractor or his Engineer shall be available during execution of the job. (iii) Lighting arrangements if required shall be provided by the contractor temporarily at his own arra

Major/Compressor replacement complaints with in 6 days. (ii) Old UNSV compressors/motors will be handed over to contractor at the end of the Contract period by deshaping/ cutting them. (iii) AC Mechanic duties as measured in note (i) is deemed to be included in CA items.

AC PLANT: Leak testing of the system of the central A/C plant system of the following capacities with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of the existing refrigerant gas into the empty cylinders by separating the entire system such as compressor, condenser, refrigerant lines, evaporator etc, rectifying of the same b
