Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised powder coated sliding type three track window with shutter and frame including aluminium grill and mosquito proofing net and 5 mm thick tinted glass, size of frame 93.00 x 31.75 x 1.3 mm thick for top and sides, 93.00 x 31.75 x 1.3 mm thick, bottom and shutter frame 38 x 18 x 1.5 mm thick., Aluminium grill 6 mm dia design No DG-102 make DEDO grill or design No A-103 make aluminium grill fixed to 50 x 20 x 1.5mm thick including necessary handles, tower bolts, stoper etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of textile coverings including frames (if any) cover fillets in ceiling / wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium section powder coated of colour as approved for partition partially glazing with 5.5mm thick one side reflective glass (tinted glass) and partially with PVC composite board 5mm thick fixed with aluminium clip (Including rubber beading) ,Section details shall be as under (i) Frame with 63x38x2 for vertical, horizontal and bottom section with 100x45x2mm (ii)Glazing clip 0.7mm thick with rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings ,framed/unframed work of size 40 sqcm and over in section ,in any position in any position with nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard / dense soil (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, posts, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/ fibre and , any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering bent to curve any radius with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished surfaces even and even and rough for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm/ 450 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick, as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with tiles fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets etc for re use to be measured separetly including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated(FRLS) and unsheathed size 1.5 sqmm with PVC Casing & Caping with fixing accessories, to be fixed, for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet/modular with all fittings (ISI Marked) incl continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 sqmm for earth wire conncected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
