Definition of Similar Nature of Work: "The Tenderer should have experience in execution of projects involving design, development, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Virtual Reality (VR) and/or Augmented Reality (AR)-based simulator training solutions for KAVACH (Train collision Avoidance system), railway signaling systems, or similar safety-critical domains such as Railways, Metro, Aerospace, Military, Navy, or Law Enforcement".

In case of Sole Proprietorship Concern firm has to submitAffidavit certifying the sole Proprietorship of the firm. Thisaffidavit shall be notarized. The tenderer shall submit: (a)Thecopies of MOA (Memorandum of Association)/AOA (Articles ofAssociation) of the company.(b) A copy of Certificate ofIncorporation. (c) A copy of authorization/ Power of Attorneyissued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board ofDirectors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalfof company and create liability against the company. Or In caseTenderer is LLP (Limited Liability Partnership); If the tender issubmitted on behalf of a LLP registered under LLP Act-2008, theTenderer shall submit along with tender: (a) A copy of LLPAgreement (b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (c) A copyof Power of Attorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour ofthe individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and createliability against the LLP. Or In case of a tenderer is registeredSociety and Registered trust. The tenderer shall submit: (a) Acopy of certificate of registration. (b) A copy of Memorandum ofAssociation of Society/Trust Deed (c)A copy of Power of Attorneyin favour of the individual to sign the tender documents andcreate liability against the society/ Trust.
