M&L for servicing package type AC plant of 11 TR capacity of make Blue star with greasing of motor bearings, replacement of belts, adjustment of tension of belt, cleaning of all filters, checking of complete wiring, topup of gas (Refrigerant), tightening of nut bolts, oiling and greasing of all movable parts comp[lete all as specified and up the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of belt, Refrigerant gas and lubricant etc required for servicing is deem to be included in unit rate and no extra cost will be paid for this separately).

Replacement of aluminium fan Blade for condensing fan motor of capacity 11TR capacity.

Replacement of alumium fan blower for cooling fan motor of capacity 11TR capacity.

Foam type insulating flexible pipe fitted on suction/discharge copper tubes.

S&F condenser fan motor of ductable type AC of capacity 11 TR as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cooling fan motor of ductable split type as per existing make and model of capacity 11 TR complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs starting/running capacitor, suitable for ductable type AC of capacity 11 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting Dismantllng and removing of U/S condensor unit coil and S/F in replecement of condensor coil unit including connection of copper tubing for of ductable type AC 11 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting dismantling and removing of U/S cooling coil from indoor unit complete and supplying and fixing of new indoor cooling coil unit of ductable type AC of capacity of 11 TR, including connection of copper tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repaired Rotary type Compressor of package type AC plant of 5.5 TR capacity with starting and running capacity and relay including connection of copper tubing and topping up of refrigerant gas for smooth functioning ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up of Refrigerant gas R-407 in air conditioner at different site as required including brazing and removal of leakage in equipment

M & L for wall mounted Stablizer of capacity 2 KVA including Fuze assy, terminal panels, indicators, time delay relay and 3 core PVC lead and re-assembling and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for wall mounted Stablizer of capacity 5 KVA including Fuze assy, terminal panels, indicators, time delay relay and 3 core PVC lead and re-assembling and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PCB Senser unit with wire remotre control of ductable AC indoor unit of Capacity 11 TR for removing old PCB and refix with new PCB of same make & capacity and model in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring along with earth wire drown through PVC case & caping for split type A/Cs with FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper single core cable of size 2 x 4.0 sqmm and 1 x 4.0 sqmm for earth wire including taking down old wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 volts, 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of window type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any make including cleaning of filter on front side by removing dust, cleaning the condenser including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusual noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC fan blower of cooling side of window type AC of any capacity.

M & L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, remore replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusal noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for removing the unserviceable compressor sealed unit of any make from window/split type AC of capacity 1.5 TR after cutting copper tubing without any damage to existing parts, replacing compressor with reconditioned compressor of same make complete with erection of compressor on base with suitable capillary, filter etc. jointing of copper refrigerant pipe line, charging gas to required level, complete including cleaning of fins, leakage testing etc including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repaired Compressor for Deepfreezer capacity 400 ltr with relay and thermostat complete after desmantalling and disconnecting of U/S compressor and topping up of refrigerant gas upto required level complete all as specified and directed.
