Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specifed and directed. (Note: Rate included for removing grass,vegitation/scum on black top surfacee grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Eng- in - Charge. Note : Cleaning should be done through air - compressor.

Material & labour for pre-mix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradiant and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M& L applying evenly with a tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion RS-1 at @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top road all as specifed and directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weightof total mix rolled and compactyed to required camber and gradient complete with vibrator roller and 8 to 10 tonne static roller all as specified and directed. Note : Mix shall be from hot mix plant spreading through mechinical paver all as specified and directed

Dismantling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any size and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any size (except tiles) with sand cushioning at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed By Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, PCC (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hardstanding as directed by Engr -in -charge

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape any size with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L concrete type C-2- , 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for path hard standingall as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as infoundation fillkng and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work using sub class old bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick internal surfaces on brick work in cm 1:6 in and finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings,kerbs and like incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for one coat of glazed lacquer hardener paint (polyurethane and acrylic polymers based anti fungal) (Make : Granotone) including prepration of old painted surfaces on brick, stone concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any discription over10cm girth not otherwise described.

M & L for painting centre line arrow dashes letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction incl preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil as required and directed.
