Fabrication, Providing,Installation & commissioning along with cable connection of Bus-bar panel of 600amp,415v,3ph with neutral of dimensions 1.5M(L) x 0.4M(B) x1.2M(H)) double door enclousure with 50mmX6mm angle stand base with one incoming (50mmX10mm Al Bus- 1Mtr/Ph), one outgoing (40mmX05mm Al Bus- 0.75Mtr/Ph) and two through-going connections with required glands, epoxy insulators, lugs for socketing etc as per required.(AS PER DIAGRAM)

Supplying of 1.1KV grade, 4C, Stranded Aluminium Conductor, PVC insulated, PVC innersheathed, Armoured 120 Sq.mm (Heavy Duty) etc as per IS:1554 (Part-1):1988 latest as required.

Supplying of 1.1KV grade, 4C, Stranded Aluminium Conductor, PVC insulated, PVC innersheathed, Armoured 240 Sq.mm (Heavy Duty) etc as per IS:1554 (Part-1):1988 latest as required.

Supplying of 1.1KV grade, 4C, Stranded Aluminium Conductor, PVC insulated, PVC innersheathed, Armoured 400 Sq.mm (Heavy Duty) etc as per IS:1554 (Part-1):1988 latest as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.(Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.(Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm)

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.(100 mm dia)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Installation, laying,comminissioning & testing of 4-Core,1.1KV grade,upto 400 sq mm XLPE cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) method through 120mm dia HDPE pipe ( PN-8, PE-80) casing including jointing of HDPE pipe,pit making for machine placement, all required works for cable laying, etc as per site rerquirement (At a depth of 3m below ground and max upto 6m) (Excluding the cost of the HDPE pipe)

Supply of 120 mm dia HDPE Pipe( PN-8, PE-80) etc as required.

Supplying and Fixing of Light Weight Rcc cable route marker(25kg) etc as Required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.(Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
