Installation of stand alone community water purify plant (CWPP) with a filtration rate of 1000 litres per hour. capable of removing contaminants such as iron, arsenic etc. and bacteriological impurities from raw water as per acceptable limit of BIS : 10500-2012 including 3 months trial run , broadly comprising supply delivery, installation, testing & commissioning of stand alone community water purifying plant with solar pump set with discharge 1.5 m3/hour peak discharge. The plant should be capable of treating water with a maximum contamination level of 5.00 PPM for iron and 0.5 PPM for aresenic as may be present in the raw water source at the location. All the units of the CWPP should be mounted on a brick platform of 60 cm height with 230 mm thick brick work on the perifery with sand filling, flat brick soling and 65mm CC flooring and 12mm thick plastaring in proportion 1:4. A chainlink fencing with of height 1.2 M 40 x 5 mm MS angle post and iron gate of 1 M width and 4 Nos.of dispensing point with best quality steel tap and as per specification below. Filtration tanks : SS316. 350X1200 mm (4 Nos) Water level controller :- 3 Nos. Back wash : Pressure wash with solar powered pump UV system : fitted at the clear water outlet for disinfection Self closing taps for dispensing of water : 4 Nos Brick Platform :-10 Sq meter with a minimum height of 0.6 m f Chainlink fencing with 50 x 50 mm mesh , GI wire 10 SWG :- 1.20 m height from the platform. Gate : MS gate, 1 M width with locking arrangement
21 (Twenty one) months operation and maintenance of the entire plant including supplying of all accessories (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical and Instrumentation) manpower, spares, chemicals and other consumables as and when required and successful completion and trial run of the plant for three months (including commissioning but excluding the cost of electric power).The operation and maintenance will also cover change of filter media and it proper disposal as per protocol at no extra cost.
