Excavation in hilly/plain area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mannual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chieselling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibitted) and their intermediate classification of soil,setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting of useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of un useful material for filling in Industrial area, road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful material to required width of the road or on dumping sites as managed by Contractor himself through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing , Grading with grader, Rolling, watering, Compaction, and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or /labour if required. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Casement cum fixed panel window having one casement panel along with flyscreen mesh shutter, fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilatorwith frame of 50/62mm in fixed portion, 62/62mm in door portion and 62/112mm frame in double pannel portion. Casement openable with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of frame sash 62 x 75 mm & mullion 62x75 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension and 6mm thoughned glass and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated anodised aluminium work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
