Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m deep for taking out/ laying/ re-laying of pipes and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 above the starting point complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out GI pipe of following sizes from trenches/ walls/ ceilings/ floors etc. with all fittings such as bends, elbow and tees etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work as required will be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing medium grade GI pipe of following sizes inclusive of all fittings such as bends, Tees, unions, elbows, reducers and sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately

Cutting existing steel tubing of following sizes in position without taking down for alteration or additions (each cut measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete in making good to damaged portion of road/ hard standing including demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending the complaint of water supply for leakage, pipe broken, line block, cleaning of pipe, float valve and all related to water supply find out the problems & rectifying the same day without affecting the services complete. Note: - (i) Items such as gate valve, float valve, union, nipple, reducer, socket and brass ferrule shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply Only'. (ii) Contractor shall make arrangement for receiving the complaint round the clock. (iii) Complaint should be attended and rectified within one hour. (iv) Complaint attendee should have specific knowledge of water supply. (v) Contractor will have to provide all tools & plant, vehicle & phone etc. required by the attendant and no extra payment will be allowed on this account.
