Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (with Tippers) including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specification clause 2504. including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying Filter material under earth pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification. as per SI-16.05 (2504). including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per SI-503, including cost of materials and machinery. including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including labour cess . GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work. as per MORT&H specification clause no-304. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix (Kabrai quarry) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per MORT&H specification clause no-12.04. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying RCC Grade M20 (Kabrai quarry) using transit mixer & Concrete pump, Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and MORT&H specification clause no-12.08, 1500, 1700 & 2100 Case-I. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and MORT&H specification clause no-1600. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and fixing of retro refectories cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminum shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. (as per IRC:67-2012 clause 14.60) (speed table/school/abadi/cross road) size 90 cm equality triangle with definition as per lucknow circle SOR rate. Speed Limit and Cross Road. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of proporly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.(Hazard marker) size 38x90 cm as per lucknow circle SOR rate. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc. 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 (only W Beam section railing). including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including rectrorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free form streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty and all T&P / machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (MORT & H No 803). including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying of Repeated Bar Coding Hot applied thermoplastic compound 5.00 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and hole. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
