Sch 'A' Sec-XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes:- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation & earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.
ROAD PATH CULVERT 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) ready mix wet mix macadam (WMM) using materials of 30 CBR, in two layers each of 75 mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) confirming to the grading given in table 400-13 and physical requirements given in table 400-12 spread with mechanical means as specified, hollows made upto for true surface, spread, surface binding with and including screening and moorum, watered, consolidated and rolled with vibratory roller 8 to 12 tonne as per clause 406.3.5 of MORT&H to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
SEWAGE LINE Supply, laying, connecting and testing (Double wall corrugated, high-density, polyethylene) DWCPE (SN8) 200 (OD)/175(ID) mm dia pipes laid on trenches on pcc bedding with all necessary fittings such as bends, sockets, tee of the same material and testing after pipe is laid and connected complete all as specified and as directed.
RCC Septic, Tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8, RCC M-30 Design mix in Base slab, walls, Baffle walls and roof slab including beam etc with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connection etc, complete for 100 users complete all as specified and as directed..(For Offrs Area)
Soakage wells excavtion in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 RCC concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber in RR masonry in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M-25, Filling with brick bats, complete of size (3.6 m dia x 6.00 M deep) for 100 users complete all as specified and as directed. SFRC (Steel Fibre reinforced concrete) cover and frame (heavy duty HD-20 Grade Designation) 560mm internal diameter confirming to IS:12952, total weight of cover and frame shall not be less than 182 Kg, fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggrgate complete all as specified and as directed.
Polymer encapsulated foot rest and fixed in manholes walls complete all as specified and as directed.
ARBORICULTURE Tree guards (of size 0.6 mtr dia and 1.5 mtr height above ground level) made out of welded steel wire mesh of 3mm dia 30 mm aperture size enclosed with three ring top, middle and bottom of MS flate 40x5mm thick riveted/welded with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165. The Tree guard is welded with 03 Nos of legs of overall height 2.00mtr height casted out of 40x5mm MS flat and embedded tree guard in ground. Preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer omplete all as specified & directed.
Plantation of trees with good earth, fertilizers, pesticides, watering & maintenance for 02 Years after completion of the work to ensure desired growth complete all as specified and as directed. Neem - 70 Nos Shisham - 30 Nos
Grassing the area grassing with cyndan Dactylon (Calcutta grass having rhizomes with sufficient nodes in row of 5cm apart in either direction & watering, maintenance of the lawn till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fits for mowing including preparing of existing surface after picking small pebbles, broken stones of any size and spreading of good earth and compost and maintenance for the period of 2 years after the completion of work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Grassing shall be carried out to carpeting effect on installation 80% of the ground should note be visible due to plant cover. If the desired effect is not obtained than additional grass will be planted at the specified location to achieve the effect.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty (IP54) 3 way Ring main unit (01 No VCB Incoming & 02 Nos VCB Outgoing), motor operated, with all VCB modules, consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer fixed on the tank. The Breaker shall have mechanical ON /OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, 200. The RMU gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank and Cable chamber. The complete RMU mimic and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted. RMU Should have followings:
Microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. - 1 No Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 100/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB - 3 Nos. Metering CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 100/1A, Class of Accuracy class 0.5 (CT ration is indicative and may vary during detailed engineering ) - 3 Nos Manometer for each tank - 1 No Voltage passage indicator for each feeder. - 1 No 11KV/ √3/ 110V/ √3 PT for metering purpose with 20 VA & Accuracy class 0.5. Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules -Multifunction meter having A, V, PF, active power etc for each VCB feeder. -VCB module should confirm to O-0.3Sec-CO-3min-CO operating sequence. -VCB modules should confirm to 10000 mechanical operation without any Maintenance. Basic insulation level of complete system shall be 28KV(RMS)/75KV(Peak) 1000VA, 11KV/230V , Auxiliary PT for Battery & Charger - 1 Set 12VX2-24V Battery & Charger for motorized operation - 1 Set RMU shall be placed on Brick/stone Masonry platform of size and design recommended by manufacturer and the cost of the same shall be included in unit qouted rates.

(iv)ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and pore coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall b designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and of 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No.371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (v) Foundation/Plinth/Base : shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendation, however minimum 0.5m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.3M (vi) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen set. (vii) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices and two year servicing of DG set is carried out by contractor including material complete all as specified and directed. Notes for (OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR LIFT) : (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. (iii) In case of non function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair /replacement of perished/ unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer?in-Charge. (vi) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (vii) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors
(viii) The Bidders shall ensure housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc. (ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (xi) Dress Code : The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. "Name of the firm and designation" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/ gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes
(xii) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward incident or non-adherence to safety and IE regulations or fault in maintaining of internal electric supply system or on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations
(xiii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including Basic rate [Minimum Wages as notified by Government of India/ State Government/ Local body, which ever is higher], employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards Bonus. Overhead and profit and labour welfare cess (LWC) as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the Bidders to applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies are applicable including GST. DETAILS OF LIFT : (i) 8 Passengers Lift to serve S+7 Floors - 12 Nos (ii) 8 Passengers Lift to serve S+6 Floors - 02 Nos (iii) 13 Passengers Lift to serve S+7 Floors - 04 Nos (iv) 13 Passengers Lift to serve S+6 Floors - 01 Nos Note: The Manpower deployed shall be changed for every 11 months period. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for the same.

NOTES (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT): (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge
